Description

How can we use games to engage our students in basic to complex economic concepts? The presenter will lead teachers through his college prep and Advanced Placement economic students’ favorite simulations for learning economics. These include games for teaching both micro and macro content including: supply and demand, elasticity, monetary policy, fiscal policy, taxation and more. Teachers will leave with demos of games, student reflections, and best practices for implementation. Even if you’ve seen some online economic simulations, you’ll sure to learn some new, free resources!
