David teaches secondary mathematics in a TAM (team approach to mastery) setting at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, DE since 2004. He has taught Pre-Algebra, Algebra I with Probability and Statistics (9th grade), Geometry with Algebra 2 (10th grade), and Pre-Calculus (11th grade). In addition he volunteers and coaches the Cape Henlopen wresting and Lacrosse teams. He received his Bachelors of Science in Management from Wesley College in 2002 and his Masters in Special Education from Wilmington University in 2008.

In 2013, he was a participant of the CEE's Training of Writers program for the development of lessons for a new resource, Math in the Real World.
