Presented by Dr. Scott Wolla and Andrea Caceres- Santamaria, both of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

First, participants will participate in an active learning lesson about the economics of baseball. Then, students will learn about the role of competition in different market structures activity using gum. Finally, participants will learn about how to assign The Economics of Subsidizing Sports Stadiums, a special sports-focused article (and other teaching resources) using the Econ Lowdown Teacher Portal.
